Rose Hill Primary School run a Breakfast Club and After School Fun Club.

This is open from 7.30am – 8.35am every morning and 3.05pm – 6.00pm after school (5.45pm on Fridays).

Fun Club Charges

Breakfast Club:
£5.25 for a morning session

After School Club:
£8.00 3.05pm - 5pm
£13.00 until 6.00pm (5.45pm on Fridays)

A late charge of £20 will be made for any collection after 6.00pm.

If your child attends a free extra-curricular club at the school for part of the session, then you will still be required to pay for the full session that you have booked into.

Bookings for our Before and After School Club must be made online in advance via Magic Booking which can be accessed via our home page or by using the link below: 

New Later Booking Deadline:

You can now book your child into our After-School Club provision on the day you need the service via Magic Booking until 6:30am in the morning. Previously, we operated a 24-hour booking cut off.

Late Booking Procedure (After 6:30am):

We understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise.  If you require on the day care after the 6:30am deadline, a late booking request process has been established.

Requests for same-day emergency care must be emailed to wraparound@rosehill.stockport.sch.uk by 11:00am.  The email must clearly state the reason for the emergency.

Our Wraparound Care Manager Mrs Hornby will review the request based on current availability and required staff -to-child ratios.  Mrs Hornby will contact you by 11:30am to let you know if your request can be accepted or not.

Please note the following critical policy:

We are unable to accept any bookings for wraparound care after 11:00am, After 11am you are required to make alternative arrangements to collect your child directly at the end of the school day.  If your late request is declined at 11:30am, you must make alternative childcare arrangements.

Your child’s safety and wellbeing is paramount, so, failing to make alternative arrangements when instructed, resulting in your child being left without appropriate collection, will be treated as a serious breach of school policy.

We currently accept government Tax Free Childcare and vouchers from many different providers: Eden Red, Computershare, Care4 etc.  If you login in to your childcare voucher scheme account and Rose Hill Primary School / Rose Hill Before and After School Fun Club is not an option, then please contact the school office.  We are happy to accept any childcare vouchers, and will set new ones up if needed. 

Once payment has been made to the school with your childcare vouchers, we will credit that amount on to your Magic Booking account, where you will be able to pay fees for Breakfast Club and After School Fun Club.  Please note, it can take upto 48 hours to appear on your account.
