What you can expect from the teacher, if your child’s class is asked to learn from home:
 

• Daily learning sent via email and Google classroom.
• Differentiated activities, when necessary, to ensure that all children can access their learning (phonics groups etc).
• Communication throughout the day with parents and pupils regarding the learning via email.
• Comments from school staff on photos of work sent by email.
• Support with technical difficulties where we can.
• Extra challenges, optional fun or well-being activities provided.
   

What is expected of your child, if their class is asked to learn from home:
 

• Try to complete the lessons and activities sent each day.
• Use neat handwriting and best presentation when completing learning tasks.
• Practise reading a range of books and stories as well as your reading and ask an adult to ask you questions about the story.
